We provide a hassle-free 7-day return/exchange policy for our hair extensions from the delivery date, only if the product remains unused, unaltered, and uninstalled. Removing the security ties or using, altering, or installing the product voids the possibility of return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs:
Upon approval for a return or exchange, the customer must send back the product at their expense. We advise using a shipping provider that offers tracking information. Hair for All will not be liable for lost packages.
To proceed with Returns or Exchanges:
Request the return within 7 days from delivery by emailing us at support@new.hairsforall.com
Maintain the security ties
Ensure its unused/uninstalled and unaltered
Ensure its dry and not damp/wet
Ensure it’s free from chemical alterations
Provide proof of purchase
Ensure it’s in the original packaging with tags
Once we receive and verify and inspect the unused/unaltered return, we’ll process the refund within 7 to 10 business days from its receipt.
